Nothing of interest happening

Well, nothing exciting is going on yet. I'm busy getting the house cleaned and organized. I assume in the near future my attention will be drawn elsewhere so I'd better get after it while I have free time. That's about it!

Feeling better, back to work!

Well, I am feeling better after a few lazy days around the house. We went to see "The Breakup" last night. I thought it was pretty good. I was entertained for two hours, at least. Tonight we are watching the fisrt Mavericks playoff game. We went to the dr. yesterday and everything was good. She is head down, just like she's supposed to be. Jason thinks this is making her all disoriented and she won't be able to figure out what direction she is going. Only 2 weeks until she is considered "full term". Tonight we put batteries in the sprayer for the baby tub and tried it out. The sprayer, at least. We have no children to bathe yet and Rocky said he was clean enough. I go back to work tomorrow but this should be my last week. So Saturday will be my last day! I'll miss the pets! Well, I best get back to the living room so we can yell at the overpayed basketball players and wonder how much they are making to miss those easy shots!!!

We're sick

Well, we came down with a cold a couple of days ago but there is a chance we will pull through. This is like my 4th cold this pregnancy. Seems unfair. Maybe it has just been a bad cold season for the Griffins. This evening we went to Jason's parents and bored them with pictures from our vacation to Sedona, Arizona. Lots of rocks. Then some more rocks. There was a good picture of a rock, though. I got a reprieve from work today because the vet was sick! It worked out well. We'll see what happens tomorrow. I think next week is going to be my last week at work. That will give me plenty of time to get everything around the house super ready and maybe learn how to make some freezable meals so we don't have to sustain our lives off of Wendy's, Schlotsky's, and Taco Bueno after la nina gets here. Those are our awesome fast food choices. Interesting, huh? You would think a McDonalds or something would be close but not so much. There's also a gas station. I do well on the peanut butter twix and chewy sprees. I could probably last a few weeks on that kind of a diet!
Here's a picture of "Alexandrabunny" in her car seat. You really have to practice these things so you look cool when leaving the hospital!

Here's her checking out her crib. For those of you who aren't familiar with these things, the deal that has a lamb on it is a sleep positioner. It makes her sleep on her back. It's supposed to be safe or something. I think it's kind of cute.
